I am so glad people are finally going to be forced to stop saying 'branch of senju' It was never stated that the uzumaki were a branch of senju but distant relatives although trying to make that clear distinction to most of the narutobase is like trying to talk to a deaf and blind person lol Anyway here in this chapter Madara pointed out you need uchiha and senju dna which Nagato has neither of.The specific relation between the uzumaki and senju was finally established.Even though it was never stated that they were a branch of senju which implies the senju came first people still seemed to think that i don't know why but they did.Now what new chapter reveals is that they are of senju lineage and lineage means a descent group that can demonstrate their common descent from an apical ancestor(original) or a DIRECT LINE of decent from an ancestor(A.K.A. SAGE OF SIX PATHS).I cannot stress enough how important that last line is.
Lineages are typically visualized as subsets of a phylogenetic tree. For example, the tree in Figure 1 shows the separation of life into three ancient lineages: bacteria, archaea, and eukaryotes. Thus a lineage is a SINGLE branch of the tree.
Now what this means is that the uzumaki WERE OF DIRECT DESCENT from the sage of six paths just as i had been saying for the several months now.This follows the science and genealogy of the progenitor gene of which i desperately tried explaining the importance of last week.The progenitor gene is something that cannot be replicated so when the sage gave birth to two sons his dna was split and the gene was lost now when you bring both strains of dna together you can once again reformulate the gene.Which is why everyone with senju and dna can unlock the rinnegan.This was finally proven correct this chapter as pointed out by madara.Now since nagato has neither dna and was still able to retain the rinnegan it means he has the dna required to hold the gene already.Here is a graph to better explain things.

The beginning of the tree starts with the sage of six paths he gives birth to two sons which branch off into to distinct branches while the uzumaki branch is left untainted which finally proves that the uzumaki are the original blood inheritance of the sage.To all of those who were skeptical of the whole idea and were not sure of what to think before hand i hope this clears things up for you and as for the people who tried to disprove me wrong over the last year you can all SUCK IT.SUCK IT NICE AND HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! XD

This is what it basically means.I made this awhile back and not many people understood the diagram and even if people did i still needed proof but now it seems i finally got enough evidence for this diagram to be relevant again .
