Assumption and Reason is basically your own thinking.
Kishi :-
1. SO6P had 2 sons with certain abilities.
2. Elder son had the ocular power - Uchiha (& Hyuga ) Clans.
3. Younger son had the body strength. - Senju Clan (possible another clan?)
4. SO6P seal the Ten-Tails into his body and live to a very old age - life force.
Simply fact:
Senju Hashirama had unrivaled strength, but die young. Also included the 2nd Hokage.
SO6P had survived long life = life force.
SO6P had also seal the Ten Tails inside his body = sealing jutsu (fuinjutsu).
None of the 2 sons had these 2 trait.
Then Which Clans possessed these 2 trait and from who?
By looking at which clan had either one or both (Sealing & Long Life), the most possibility is Uzumaki Clan.
Kushina was from Uzumaki Clan.
Within the Clan itself, there were many difference skill each Uzumaki had.
Uzumaki Karin being the Sensor :- The Mind's Eye.
Uzumaki Nagato had the 'mini' Chibaku Tensei. Madara choose Nagato to revived him (why?). Nagato had red hair. He had the Life Force in order to perform 'mini' Chibaku Tensei.
Whereas, Minato Clan was not mentioned.
Naruto had certain ability from his father and also from his mother.
Kakashi told Naruto that he had plenty of chakra.
Of course everyone would said that he had his mother's power - Uzumaki clan.
Also some may add that the plentiful of chakra was from Kyubi - Kurama.
But, he did not knew of his parent's power - Father as 4th Hokage.
Kakashi knew about Naruto Family, as he was Minato's team. Kakashi being observant, Minato was not that strong with chakra. Instead Minato use fuinjutsu, learnt from his wife, to a point he created ftg.
It as only when he study the "Forbidden" scroll and hence created Thousand clones. Kakashi told him that only he was unique. Naruto had plentiful of chakra, not Kurama's chakra until Jiraiya taught him how to use.
