All I got from your OP is that the Uzumaki Clan is older than the Senju. But that is actually false. The Uzumaki Clan leader doesn't look old. You think he's old because of his white hair, but his face looks as young as Hashirama's. They most likely came around the same time - maybe the Senju being a little bit older.
