The Ones Who Gazed Upon The Soul Of The Universe
As we watched the stars, we realized how we were far gone.
Our conscience taught us this nonsense that we could no longer perceive.
This pitch black that we deemed to be out of reach soon became seen.
This light caused an optic illusion that brought toxic fusions upon us. We stared, lost and confused. These patterns twirled us around the portal of Saturn. We've sinned and as a result we spin. The world turned as we learned that we were gathered to burn.
This astral projector became a reflector. Reflecting our lives, we saw the Devil holding a scepter.
As spectators watched the world become ash. Planes crashed and trains smashed into one another.
Me and lover just watched, as we fell to our knees. We held hands. And kissed goodnight.
