Sasuke's current bandwagon fanbase admantly refuses to accept that saying Naruto is stronger than Sasuke is fact and not underrating. Meanwhile after an onslaught of nonsense threads about how Sasuke was stronger than Naruto despite barely doing anything during the Kaguya fight and being slower than Naruto even with rinnegan shift, they now have an actual feat which is still lower than anything Naruto showed, so now they think he's god and will continue to do so until he loses to Naruto at which point there will be just as many threads saying he was nerfed and other excuses. The last issue of the manga was the biggest headache bait ever, honestly just considering leaving the forum for a few weeks just to circumvent these ridiculous threads.

also from a strategic standpoint Sasuke has an advantage against Naruto, being that Naruto did
most of the work while Sasuke could observe.. Powerwise Naruto still has the advantage, but strategy
is on Sasuke's side more than Naruto, as if Naruto really planned things out anyways. (aside from feints & deceptions that magically work on every opponent)

Dialogue does not suggest that, it's just the latest way Sasuke's fanbase has decided to interpret it, despite it not making any sense. During the fight all of his fans claimed he was undershowing because he was going up against the strongest person in history, and now they say he was purposefully holding back against the same person. He obviously undershowed on purpose, or else it wouldn't be any point in saying how he began to get used to the Rinnegan. He didn't have to do too much because of Kakashi in the end getting the boost he got. Which really enabled him to stand back... Either way, what's done is done, Sasuke still has a strategic advantage on Naruto being he was able to see Naruto's arsenal, what has Naruto gotten to see, if he was ever the type of Shinobi to plan out his battles, which he's not... Chidori? His Teleportation Jutsu? Planetary Devastation?
