Can Sasuke use Izanami? Itachi explained to him how the jutsu works. He has EMS so he can't go blind but they will be sealed right? Maybe he'll use Izanami on Madara...

...then Madara pulls out Kagutsuchi or whatever to counter it. Damn it, how do you defeat Madara?!

I don't see what's so great about Izanami. You lose sight in one eye and I'm pretty sure physical contact is required for it to go into effect. It was convenient in the Kabuto fight, but a bit of an asspull.
