That only happens when: (i)The new idea is beyond the domain of accuser's understanding- hence it must be criticized(acc. to them)
and (ii)It's actually a recycled deadbeat idea(think COD BO3).

Ideas are endless. It's just that some are inspired from others and will become what they say... boring. Those who have creativity might not be able to reach their ideas into fame unless it involves music, TV, computers, etc.

What the heck? How can you say, 'regardless of the context'? That makes this a dumb question... it's all about the context of an idea.

If I'm doing a video project where it has to be original and pertaining to the negative influence of drugs, and another person is thinking up a web browser with new features, how are those connected? How is it that just because I'm out of ideas to communicate the message of drugs being bad and they can come up with new ideas for a web browser, that that is a paradox?

Now if you were to say how can two people in the same area of expertise be so different in regards to creativity, that one can constantly come up with new ideas, that would be more sensible at the very least. All that means is one person is more creative than the other.

Ain't no paradox itt just people trying to be deep
