Hey sorry if this has already been created but here goes anyway. I was wondering out of all the powerful shinobi in the series who do you think would create the ultimate four man team.

Please gve a reason and should be based on their
-Skills
-Teamwork
-Whether they get along

So for example you cant have Madara and Hashi n the same team as they would kill each other ( and the enemy in the process but they would be aiming for each other).

Oh and no SO6P

Using only alive(edo-tensei not counted) ninjas:

Leader - Shikaku

A smarter version of Shikamaru, which is frightening to think about. He was made commander of the entire shinobi army because of his intelligence, and it's more than safe to assume he has complete mastery of kagemane. Debated over putting Kakashi here given Kakashi is a master strategist in his own right, and is likely stronger than Shikaku, but this team is not going to be lacking in power, so I go with the smarter of the 2.

Member #1 - Naruto

God-tier power. Simple enough.

Member #2 - Bee

He's already shown to have complete trust in Naruto, and likewise would trust in Shikaku because of it. His power speaks for itself.

Member #3 - Tsunade

Because every team needs a medic...and she's not too shabby at fighting, if need be..but Naruto and Bee can handle pretty much anyone and everyone anyway.

Naruto and Minato well get along,as well as B.And Naruto will convince SO6P with Talk-No-Jutsu.
Reason: Well because they have two Tailed beasts,SO6P and Minato's great speed OR Hashirama's wood style release.

Wow good job and I agree with most of youre choice selection youre also first to include a medic which is an important part of any team even the greatest fighter cant fight when there almost dead.

I realized that not too long ago. Kabuto + Tobi does not mix with Naruto + Sage.
