The Uchiha with Rinnegan are no longer Uchiha

Let's start with what an Uchiha is:

Uchiha is a clan that represents a group of people whose power lie in their emotions.

They can achieve their ocular changes through emotions that hold a heavy impact for them. Example: loss, sacrifice, etc.

The base powers of the Uchiha:
1. Read the motion of the person they are focusing on;
2. Genjutsu;
3. Body - Eye perfect coordination;
4. Perfect Visual Memory;

These are the base powers of an Uchiha. These are the powers that make an Uchiha, Uchiha.

As time passed by and the manga progressed Kishi slowly started to fade away from all these fundamental characteristics.

Now, let's cut the chase a little bit and get to cake faster.

The Rinnegan.

The Rinnegan powers:
1. 6 Paths
2. Limbo
3. Share vision
4. See Limbo world
5. Probably more, but I don't remember any more at this point.

There is nothing in the Rinnegan similar to the Sharingan power. No power whatsoever.
There is nothing of the powers that make an Uchiha, Uchiha within the Rinnegan.

Therefor I believe that calling an Uchiha with rinnegan, an Uchiha is a complete hurdle of donkeys because the fighting style is changed at an 180 degree angle.

Many people and I've read this a lot, treat a rinnegan user as a sharingan user. Why would they do this ? Rinnegan has absolutely no power connection with the demon eyes.

I think i get what you're saying. Since having the rinnegan the uchiha are no longer 100% pure uchiha because of the different genetics & body motifications required to awaken rinnegan.

Everybody knows this. She is saying that its just retarded to switch the whole fighting style of th Uchihas with a power like Rinnegan. The two powers are so unrelated and it seemed half ass to link them all together.

If the powers had more in common it would be more believable or at least easier to digest storywise.

I only semi agree with this.

The ssj2 gohan dude puts it pretty well, the general uchiha style and the rinnegan style were introduced to by pain are completely different and don't compliment each other at all, as I can't see an uchiha(save for obito) use the 6 paths like pain. And even when obito used the jins as th 6 paths they didn't seem to have the specific paths for each(I could be wrong) so I'd have to agree mostly, I still don't think it warrants a name change though, if Sakura is an uchiha now then I guess anything is possible

I'm not saying that the Rinnegan is not an evolution of the Sharingan. It really is an evolution, but for it you need senju chakra which an Uchiha does not have.

So, it is an evolution, but not a normal one like from 1 tomoe -> 2 tomoe and etc. You actually need to mix Uchiha with something else to obtain Rinnegan.

Similar is with the Mangekyo they still have their 3 tomoe sharingan, but the mangekyo can still create genjutsu, etc while the rinnegan does not. The rinnegan comes with its own set of tools and restricts the use of the previous ones.

Every Uchiha who awaken the Rin'negan can still use the Sharingan and were all born of the Uchiha so they are still Uchiha.

For Rinnegan an Uchiha needs to add stuff to his own entity such as Senju cells, Rikuudo chakra.

The Rinnegan comes with its own tools. So, calling an Uchiha with rinnegan is a false statement because the Rinnegan gives nothing of what the prime eye of the uchiha offers.

Op, imo I don't think adding to an uchihas abilities with the rinnegan makes them non uchihas as they don't lose any of the original uchiha powers/jutsu madara was even seen switching from ems to rinnegan. I'm sure he could've switched them back as they only came out so he could use shinra tensei at first iirc

Hagoromo's Rinnegan was KKM, and the same can probably be said for Momoshiki.

By manga standards if you chop senju skins and stuff them in you. You suddenly get Senju strength. The only reason Madara got Rinnegan is because he added to himself Senju.

No Uchiha would ever obtain Rinnegan without an external modification. Whilist they don't need external modification to receive 1 tomoe, 2 tomoe, 3 tomoe, mangekyo, ems...
