The Uchiha will not be extinct like the Senju

For now the only living Senju at the moment is Tsunade, there is no other known Senju in the series.

As for Uchiha there are plenty of Uchiha blood characters nows and here they are:

Sasuke
Sarada
Shins 100s, 1000s, don't know the numbers just guessing

The cloned Shins were born with their Sharingan eyes and they are able to activate and deactivate their Sharingan like a True Uchiha.

The clone Shins body are exactly like a True Uchiha.

Well the fact that Tsunade is the only known Senju alive, leads me to believe once she dies then that is the end of the Senju. As for Yamato I don't know if he can be considered a Senju, sure he got Hashirama DNA in him, but is that enough to be considered a Senju?

Yea I've never seen an ms user get wrecked so easily. Did they even unlock ms by normal means? Either way, i doubt they're of any benefit to the uchiha clan other than spare eyes

Sasuke's line will continue on for generations to come. He's basically Indra now which the Doujutsu chakra right from the source. It will take it ages to dilute. Uchiha line is set in stone the second Sasuke got the Indra's half.

They have never been shown to completely deactivate their sharingans, and were only able to transform between MS and 3T like Kakashi. Original Shin made clone when he had Sharingan eyes, Sharingan eye contain DNA and blood. Original Shin doesn't have Uchiha blood he is the same like Kakashi just a implanted eye.

We have no idea how the cloning process worked. Perhaps the body and the eyes were separately cloned and each clone needed eye transplant. In any case, Oro could probably synthesize a full uchiha using the traces of DNA in those MS
