I already told you we don't know how people create techniques. Hands signs are a way of controlling chakra. They aren't bound to any certain technique. There are multiple techniques that use the same hand signs. Once again though, such a bad question can be turned back to you. Do you think anyone spent time doing that? If you do, then you have to consider the Uzumaki.

Not really since jutsu originate from the sage of 6 paths and he created jutsu through Creation of all things it's highly likely that he is in fact the originator of the jutsu and possibly the reaper since it also splits yin and yang (kurama). It's likely he passed this knowledge onto Ashura and a branch of his descendants carried this knowledge along. Evenue the seal of Naruto's kurama was the y paths seal once he gained the chakra and activated the cloak it changed and kurama recognised it as the 6paths seal. Chapter 500 if your confused. Yet the Uzumaki are believed to be the original users of the 8 Trigrams seal. In essence all these jutsu are incomplete forms of the Sage's original jutsu.
As for Ninjutsu that originated with Indra largely to do with sharingan and it's abilities. Other jutsu are to do with the sage sharing his chakra and people experimenting with hand seals to see how it alters. It's called rational observation.

Others observe gain ideas and experiment to vary the jutsu themselves. That's how I see it all going down.

Don't have to, their skill was genjutsu and ninjutsu not fuin jutsu. If you're gonna use the top tier Uchiha as evidence then it's moot because not every Uchiha is like them.

Not really the Senju had no combat use for it different senju specialised into different fields eventually splitting of its natural for a group to lose kbowedge of something. You have to remeber this is 1000 year process.
Anywa my assumptions are based upon rational evaluation of mangafacts. Yours can't even explain 9 billion + seal combos mine gives at least some explanation for them.

The spiral seal is an uzumaki seal yet kurama recognises it once Naruto takes his chakra and reseal kurama with it as the sage of 6 paths seal. Kushina claims it's one of theirs I didn't here of the Senju using it or having knowledge of it. This adds weight to my theory of specialisation and split off.

Dont think so. Doing something that Uchihas being a Uchiha is not a big thing and less since Sasuke as kid already have went so we dont know when or how did he enter before.

Because relying on hundreds of experiments to create one seal makes you "naurally" gifted smh. He used science to achieve power not talent, he himself admitted it was nowhere near any of Hagoromo's descendants it's why he wanted their bodies.

Five Elements Seal, Cursed Seal, Dark Sealing Method, Black Fogs Seal, Reverse Dead Demon Consuming Seal. Orochimaru showed the biggest arsenal of Fuuinjutsu in the series.

And Orochimaru at least created something, while 'master' Minato learned everything from others. I guess that's what you call talent, huh?

1 fuinn jutsu?

Shrine seal, Coffin seal(seal jyubi), transcription seal(amaterasu and Izanagi), solo sword seal(has 0 consequences and seals for eternity far superior to reaper seal), Madara's seal placed on Obito to stop him becoming jyubi jin, sealing objects (most people know this 1) to name a few puts them leagues above others.
Even 1 seal of an Uchiha is far above most seals.
