I agree sealing jutsu aren't something exclusive to the uzumaki they were famous for using fuinn jutsu or being specialist as some would call it. It doesn't mean other clans didn't have or know fuinn jutsu. You could say the Uzumaki clan are like tokubetsu jonin (specialisng in a specific field) and the Uchiha are like Elite jonin (excelling in all fields).
Obito knows sealing jutsu, Itachi's transcription seal, Sasuke undoing the cursed seal on Anko etc are prime examples. Not even Hiruzen who was trained by Minato/kushina could undo the curse mark.

A specialist in a specific field is a master (I'm being generous to the uzumaki since their main field of fame is Fuinn jutsu)
And an Uchiha being an all rounder like an elite jonin is because of using elemental techs bukijutsu (weapons art) and genjutsu. It's their natural forte because of the sharingan.
The Uchiha also demonstrate several fuinn jutsu skills. Would I say they're famous for it? No obviously since there strengthlies elsewhere.

Izanagi is an Uchiha technique that was passed down, so that's a bad way of looking at it. Like Tobi said Hagormoo is of both Uchiha and Senju and both clans hold hagormoo as the respective founding fathers of their clan.
So yes, they did created it considering the fact that it was passed down from their founding father.
It requires Uchiha kekkai genkai to use it in the first place.

Itachi's sword of solo pawns any sealing those 3 can do and you don't have to sacrifice anything for it. His transcription seal pawns anything those 3 can do. And he's not even the best Uchiha at fuinn jutsu.

Yes bit it's an Uchiha technique because it was passed to them. Sword of solo= sealing sword with a genjutsu. Transcription seal is also an Uchiha technique used both my Madara (izanagi ) and Itachi Amaterasu.
The point of this thread is are the Uchiha good at fuinn jutsu and can they learn it yes they can and to a high level at that. They have their own seals and have potential to learn many others including Uzumaki seals. Those with blessed eyes are too over powered because of them. It's the reason Orochimaru covets those eyes.

It's like when Naruto completed taking kuramas chakra using the scroll key locked kurama. Kurama called it the Sage's sealing jutsu so again even that jutsu itself isn't an Uzumaki created jutsu but we say it's theirs because they use it.
