anyone ever wonder how come only itachi and shusui was able to awaken the mangekyou? the other uchiha were apart of the anbu and even if they weren't im sure they were sent on missions where they had to witness someone close to them die

also the uchiha as itachi described them were power hungry and willing to kill their comrades to obtain the mangekyou and if sasuke could read the tablet at such a young age and know the requirements for it, im sure other clan members were able to read it too, so why none of them awakened it

also when itachi was killing them, im sure some of them were living together and when they saw itachi kill their friend, why didn't their mangekyou activate and do something cool like what happened with obito

seems pretty wack that out of so many uchiha only 2 awakened mangekyou

I'm pretty sure Itachi stated that it had been tried over and over over the centuries but when they finally discovered how to unlock it, only select strong member could get it to work.

don't you have to kill your closest friend or something and even then....Sasuke got the mangekyo sharingan because Itachi gave him his powers. Then sasuke got EMS from taking Itachi's eyes. I swear hes getting everything from his brother....

The mangekyo is awaken when you meet the requirement for it;

You need the potential as stated by Itachi in part 1

And you need strong emotions in order to trigger it's awakening.



You just dont kill to get it, you need to be strong enough and have the potential.



Itachi gave a sealed amaterasu to Sasuke.... he didnt give him his powers.... Sasuke's mangekyo is his own and his alone.... people need to stop thinking Itachi gave him the mangekyo.... he didnt.


What Itachi left him was his eyes for EMS, that is it.

Besides just look at Kakashi. MS abilities might not awaken instantly like with obito.. Sasuke had his amaterasu implanted, so it was easy for him, but he never learned to use tsukuyomi?
