However, the legacy they got was from the so6p is the eyes so it kinda makes sense.....

This is sort of one-sided. Yes, the Elder Son inherited his eyes from his father, the Sage of Six Paths. But the real question is... who did the Sage inherit his eyes from...?

Even if the Sage had the Rinnegan before he fought Juubi (which I dont necessarily agree with) the other eye transformations that the Clan has (MS, EMS, 3 Sharigan Tomoes) come from the Juubi. This is why the Juubi eye has NINE Tomoe, Tomoes being the beginning of the "current" sharigan eye techiques. I don't think that this part came directly and only from the Sage, but from the influence of the Juubi's chakra in the Sage. The eye techniques created from Hate.

Very true. All doujutsu is ninjutsu, but only a SMALL FRACTION of ninjutsu is Doujutsu. The Sage of Six Paths created NINJUTSU, all of it. For the descendents of this knowledge, they ONLY use/master doujutsu. And as i mentioned earlier, I highly doubt that this "doujutsu" (tomoes) in general is truly from the Sage, I believe this portion of the inheritance was influnced by the Juubi's Chakra.

In other words, they have almost completely ignored any other method of fighting other than using their eyes, and their father invented ALL ninjutsu.

Why should they have had joint leadership? And how do you know that the Senju didn't try to do this...? You're assuming they didnt. And BOTH clans voted and agreed that Hashirama should be the 1st Hokage. It wasn't the Senju "punking" the Uchiha into taking a subordinate role, and future Hokages could always be an Uchiha. At that moment in time, Hashirama was the Strongest Shinobi and obvious choice for Hokage. There has always been ONE leader, and if this leader would have been Uchiha the Senju would have respected it b/c they would have also voted for this to happen.

The Uchiha planned a Coup to take over the village, point blank. They were the head of the police department, the only clan. What oppresive things did the Senju do to the Uchiha?!? From what we can see, there wasnt even any more Senju in the village by time Naruto comes into existance to oppress them, yet they still planned the takeover. Even when the village was attacked by Tobi, none of them attempted to help. I do not understand your arguements here.

I never said that the Uchiha NEVER use any ninjutsu. Outside of Fire style, its rare as hell for them to use anything else. Sasuke's Lightning affinity is rarely used. Uchiha with MS eyes stopped using Katon as a whole for the more powerful Amaretsu.


Side note: TO DATE.... is the key words in your statement. There are many Uchiha shinobi that have been using Izanagi from Itachi's own mouth. Even without MS they have been spamming Eye Techniques forever dude.

The Uchiha were directly descended from the creator of all ninjutsu. I repeat, the Uchiha were direct descendents of the creator of all ninjutsu. They should have mastered MORE than just fire techniques, look at the Senju. They were known as masters of all Ninjutsu b/c they PERFECTED all the knowledge about jutsus that was created by the Sage. The Uchiha were in the same position but they choose to only focus on eye techniques, which are extremely OP in themselves.


Note Kakashi for example. His father was great with Swordsmanship, but he doesn't rely on this. He has a sharigan but he doesnt just spam eye techniques. Naruto is kinda one sided but he knows nothing of his heritage and has no family. Sasuke grew up under the best teachers and still only spams eye techniques. Uchiha are my favorite characters but I'm just pointing out they should be more complete shinobi like Senju, instead of Eye Masters. Jk I did read and this is probably the dumbest thing I've read on threads today. The uchiha have arguably the most powerful kekkai genkai (sp?) aside from the rinnegan in the naruverse, why wouldn't they spend their time mastering their eye techs rather than some outside tech they can learn through further developing their eye techs? They don't have to perfect any ninjutsu because they can learn any ninjutsu aside from kekkai genkai with their sharingan. The senju have to become masters of ninjutsu because they don't have the same ability as the uchiha.

Kakashi doesn't rely on his sharingan because he doesnt have the chakra reserves to maintain the use so he uses them incase of emergency. With the amount of power and unlockable techs why wouldn't they spend a majority of their time trying to master those techniques

Everyone keeps trying to rely on the simple notion that all clans do this. CORRECT, to a certain extent. BUT... every clan ISNT DESCENDENT FROM THE CREATOR OF NINJUTSU. If this is true, WHY DIDNT THE SENJU ONLY MASTER ONE TECHNIQUE??? Any clan that learns how to master other jutsus does so, unless its a clan with a freakin' Doujutsu. Especially the Uchiha. And EVERY clan actually doesnt follow this. Look at the Sarutobi Clan. The 3rd Hokage mastered all the techniques in his Village! I'm sure Konomaharu will follow in his footsteps.


Most ELITE SHINOBI fight using Multiple Elements, not just whatever jutsus their clan is famous for. Alot of Shinobi can only do certain jutsus because of lack of chakra/knowledge, but the Uchiha have plenty of BOTH. Kakashi's father is known as one of the greatest swordsmen ever and he never uses this. Orochimaru is a freakin' snake but uses any and every jutsu if it will help him win a battle. J-Man was extremely versitale in his fighting techniques. Sasori was a puppet master but his puppets used all different kinds of ninjutsu. I put Uchiha in the category of ELITE SHINOBI, and no, most elite shinobi in Naruto use plenty of different jutsus on a normal basis, or atleast multiple elements on a regular basis.

If they have the knowledge from the Sage, PLUS the fact that they can copy any technique, WHY ARE THEY ONLY DOING EYE TECHNIQUES. Dont say they dont have the chakra compasity like other clans. Or the knowledge. Or the ability to learn more techniques. I never said they didn't have th chakra capacity I said kakashi didn't and they don't have to learn anything because their sharingan give them the ability to automatically use any jutsu outside of kekkai genkai. Once theyve learned a jutus through sharingan its like theyve become masters of that jutsu. The senju have to work for it becaauee they dont have that luxury the uchiha do. What don't you get about that? If you have arguably the most powerful kekkai genkai outside of the rinnegan that everyone in the shinobi world fears, why not use those techniques?

No. The Uchiha were NOT meant to spam eye techniques just because they are descendents of the Elder son. This is EXACTLY why the Sage didn't want the Elder Son to be the heir of the family, because he believed he should lead simply because of the power he obtained through his eyes.

The Sage never believed this kind of power is needed to be a Leader for the family, but LOVE for one another was the key. The eye techniques tap into the HATE of that shinobi and this was never what the Sage wanted for his Elder Son. So he made the Younger Son the Head of the family in hopes that the Elder Son would eventually learn from him. Instead the Elder "branched off" from the family.

No one seems to read the responses that I already wrote to everyone else in regards to this comment. YES EVERY CLAN FOLLOWS THIS MODEL TO A CERTAIN DEGREE. But the true question is WHY do they all do this...?



1) Most clans that are still in existance survived the long Age of War by selecting a jutsu/s that is complementary to their heritage and MASTERED it. Since they became extremely strong/MASTERS in a jutsu, their mastery of it helped them to survive this period of constant fighting.
UCHIHA CHOSE TO MASTER EYE TECHNIQUES ONLY. BUT THEY WERE EXPOSED TO A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE OF ALL JUTSUS FROM THE SAGE HIMSELF.

2) Most Shinobi families do not have the KNOWLEDGE of how to effectively perform other jutsus. And if they do, they don't have enough members that have mastered a jutsu other than what their family is "known" for.
UCHIHA WERE DESCENDENT FROM THE CREATOR OF NINJUTSUS.

3) Most Shinobi families do not have the CHAKRA CAPASITY to even begin to perform other clans jutsus.

1.) you give every other clan a pass for sticking to one technique and mastering, but you bitch about the uchiha? Sounds legits.

2.) you don't have to be a senju or an uchiha to learn other jutsu. It usually depends on your chakra nature. For instance, Sasuke knows chidori lightning nature and itachi knows some water nature jutsu because of his water chakra nature.

3.) chakra capacity has nothing to do with the ability to learn other clans jutsu, if it's another clans jutsu it's a kekkai genkai or blood limit that means those techniques are only exclusive to that clan.

Hashirama was a senju, he has knowledge of all kinds of jutsu, but he strictly used his wood techniques. Same with tobirama he generally used water techniques. You're blaming the uchiha for the ability to master jutsu through their sharingan and not having to "work" for it.
