We can safely assume that Kabuto and Sasuke are around the same age. Sasuke was only a child when the Uchiha were massacred, and their bodies were likely buried but I think their eyes were taken. By the time Kabuto was of age, the bodies would've decomposed, and their eyes wouldn't have lasted long either because although they were preserved, they were used in tests for Danzo's arm. Obviously the first test wouldn't have succeeded, so many eyes may have been ruined as a result leading to complete loss.

Hashirama's DNA was on Obito, he could have gotten it from there. Black Zetsu probably aided in getting Madara's DNA because as we can remember he needed him to bring Kaguya back.
