They were rivals it never said one was stronger than the other.

The Senju were known as "the clan with a thousand skills" and they excelled in Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu; I'm pretty sure they would be able to keep up with the Uchiha. Especially considering the fact that not everyone in the clan had Sharingan and only very few have had MS while only 2 Uchiha's in their history have had EMS.

There might not be many examples of Senju, but all of them have been Kage level, just like the Uchiha. Besides this the strongest of both clans was a Senju.

You forgot Tobirama.

Obito and Madara wouldn't be as powerful without their Hashirama DNA.

Itachi didn't have EMS.

You have 1 thing wrong my friend...the Senju were not superior to the Uchiha...Hashirama was the only Senju that posed a major threat to the uchiha because of his wood style and healing ability

But Kishi could have elaborated more on their techniques,exclusive justu etc you know?

I don't think that they had a certain KKG or exclusive jutsu, their inheritance from the sage was their body, so they would probably have huge stamina, and chakra reserves. I guess that would be their exclusives.

Madara would still be significantly weaker.

Obito would be dead because of the boulder or blind from the overuse of MS.

However I do agree that he should showcase more abilities of both Hashirama and Tobirama.
