Sensui from Yu Yu Hakusho
When you learn what "Sacred Energy" is and look at the the 22 chakra levels map, you will have no choice but to acknowledge Sensui for achieving that level!
FYI..."Scared Energy" is the 4th dimensional level playing field while the mighty guy's 8 gates shit is just the opening door to the 4th dimensional playing field. Shit is deep. Gotta respect Mighty Guy too.

The reason why I respect them so much is because they broke the limitation that was placed on their race in their world! Nobody didn't give them power or they ate some fruit! They committed to their mind, body, and forget about everything else! They're the true example of hard work can pay off!
