Okay everyone I've pondering this for awhile...so here goes....
The Uzumaki clan was a prominent clan in Uzushiogakure. They were distant blood relatives of the Senju clan and as such, both were on good terms; an alliance that extended onto their hidden villages — Konohagakure and Uzushiogakure.
Members of this clan were very knowledgeable in the art of fūinjutsu, and were both respected, and feared worldwide because of their prodigious skill.
The typical appearance of an Uzumaki fūinjutsu...
Though noted to be crude in their methods, this however, eventually led to the destruction of Uzushiogakure and the rest of the Land of Whirlpools during the era of Shinobi World Wars, as other nations had begun to see the village as too great a threat to go unchecked..
Its ninja were renowned for their fūinjutsu to the point that it led to its destruction in war. Those who survived the village's destruction scattered across the globe to seek refuge.
It hit me some time back that ...(how could i have been so stupid)...
Lets look at the obvious....
Okay now we remember that it has been some 80 year since the death of Hashirama thing.....
It was in his era that he met with the leader of the Uzamaki Clan and was shown the powers and the potential of the clan....
It was also around this time did Mito became introduce to hashirama and a union was form and she came back to the village of the leaf with him to become his bride.....
Now let us remember the key clue that can bring light to my point......
At the time of Kushina's introduction into the leaf village this was after the death of both the First and the Second Hokage....so if we can piece together the strange puzzle we can gain an insight into this.
If Madara was still alive at this time ...(yes he was)...then we got a scenario of the Mastermind behind the Attack...
So in Conclusion I can say that it was Madara who went out into yhe world and gather all that he could of found....
Maybe even being the one who found the uchiha tablet....
