Well hello guys I have figured something out.

Tobriama is the start of 4th Shinobi War
If it wasn't for Tobriama killing Izuna
Putting the Uchiha as the police force
None of Thiis Would Happoen.

-Madara and Hashirama would still be friends.
-Obito wouldn't have gone crazy
-Rin still be alive
-There'd be no Akatsuki
-Itachi would not have to kill his Clan
Nine-Tails attack wouldn't have attacked village
-Kushina, Minato, Jiraya, Neji Shikaku, Inochi and other people still be alive.
Sasuke would have never left fthe village and there would be more Uchihas
Tsunade wouldn't have become Hokage
There's a lot more other things these are the things I can mention for now.

I'm sure crusty a*s danzo would still manage to fcuk things up !!
Fcuk DANZO !!! danzo would have caused some sort conflict inside the village leading a war.
If Tobirama were still the hokage when danzo was upto mischief, tobirama would have FTG Slashed his crusty as* and fed him to like choza or someshi*
