But In my Rereading Phase I discover this Is not true...This List Varies Base on Many Points

Obito: Controlled 7 Tailed Beast with a Mere MS
Sasuke: EMS, Took on the 5 Kages at one Time ( Didnt win, but he didnt Die also)
Madara also can be a Juubi Jinchuriki (needs to be alive)
Susanoo,Sharingan, MS, EMS, Rennigan, and the Perks that go along with those following justus
Senju are #2 in the Category but if you take Hashirama's side... he Controlled all tailed Beast at one point in time. One would Said he could easily be a Juubi Jinchuriki...Their Justu is Basic but still effective ""Mokuton""

Since we know little about Uzumaki other than they can be Jinchuriki's and have lot of Chakra its safe they have more than Senju and Uchiha plus their Justu has the most Dangerous side effects Death

Uchiha are Constantly using Chakra with their Sharingan being Activated takes up chakra, Sustaining anything higher than 3 tomen Sharingan takes more chakra, Sustaining Susanoo takes a Massive Chakra Pool to pull off. Plus Using Amaterasu, Susanoo and Tsukyomi simultaneously is a Great feat only done by Sasuke and Itachi...And Madara being able to control Kurama and Obito controlling 7 Beast at once is a Feat also
Senju their Justu are Very Strong and Basic and is a problem for all Clans which is why they bested Uchiha more the the Opposite result but...Senju are very conservative.
