Why?
Well for Shelke who spit on him about pein, pein said this after the fight: "If we hadn't kept our secret, we would never have won."
He was strong enough to make a threat to the virtual boss of akatsuki.
Even when he was dying, he acted like a true shinobi and took intel back to konoha, intel that was the first step of defeating pein. Nearly nobody in NV could have acted like this. He was a man that only the MC could surpass in every aspect. So don't put in her basket one of the few character that Kishi didn't fu*** up.

And ***** please, the rasengan was incomplete, true, it's still a A-rank tech. From an unfinished thing it's damn high. It's creator was the 4th, a no-clan affiliate young man, tghis tech created by himself in his twenties is the base of one of the most powerful tech in NV. The only men who can kill an entire army without leaving collateral damage. He soloed Obito with nearly no damage.

When rasengan was completed, it was an overranked technique, that no one other than naruto can use.

And in order to finish this shit who is goin really low: Sakura made the byakugo, she was destined to be the clone of tsunade. That's good for a side character. The only asspull here is the point that, the saving chakra point was NEVER mentionned. That seal appeared from nowere. Of course she would have it, but all the thing happened before it's apearence never put any hint to that.

This is what happened, the seal appeared from nowhere. There was no hints from the start of shipuuden about saving some power back in order to make it. We aren't inventing that, its you fappers who tries to hide the fact that the powerup didn't have a single base. that's why people call that event an asspull. End of discussion.

2-madara say regeneration that require no handseals is the power you mentioned in your fourth rule
The same power hashirama possessed

3- madara stab sakura then look at her and state she have the same ability as tsunade
And show a flash back of tsunade regenrating and talking about the byakugou sozo saisei the fourth rule .

4-sakura doesn't get effected or feel pain while the rod inside of her even though this rod is not normal . It can not be touched yet sakura survived it as nothing .
Every character that hot stabbed with the rod couldn't move ,but magically sakura could.


5: kishimoto state sakura as "byakugou : sozo saisei " user In databook.

sakura was still injured after the panel and the blood was coming out the injured place
madara mentioned byakougo beacuse he saw the mark on her head which was the same mark that appearedon tsunade when she regenerated

Sorry, she has by far the best chakra control in the manga. She has the potential to learn Naruto's main technique, and make it look like a joke..... rofl. So just stop.

Kishimoto basically gave her the pontential to learn any ninjutsu she wants since part 1. But then, if her character had been developed on that.. Sasuke and Naruto would've been made to look like 2 people who are only useful due to their bloodline or their pet.
