Why didn't Sasuke learn it, when his Chakra control is on the sage's level? This is such a lame counter to an obvious manga fact. The Rasangan is an incomplete technique to begin with.
It was an incomplete technique that several people still learned. So that excuse doesn't hold water. Sakura was the one that wanted to catch up with Naruto, remember? So yeah, where didn't she train with Kakashi to learn it?

So she has to learn Rasangan to catch up to Naruto? This doesn't even make any sense.

I don't understand why people are hell bent on devaluing Sakura strengths as a shinobi? You won't even recognize her chakra control, like wtf? Sakura started out the weakest character with only her chakra control and intelligence and now she's wielding an S-Rank Uzumaki Seal that's stated to be the the pinnacle of chakra control, can channel her chakra through a summon healing thousands at once and can even destroy landscapes based off the principle of chakra control yet she gets torn down continuously. Hmm..
I'm not denying her chakra control, but she's not the best in chakra control compare to the Hyuga, and when I mean by being the best is having masterful chakra control and being able to release it everywhere on their body and can be emitted every chakra shape as an arsenal and also can even expel in the wide field of range.

Like I said it only require chakra control to only release the seal and if anything shes good at it would be molding her chakra in part of her body amplifying super strength and her regenerative capability. Destroying small landscape won't matter if Sakura couldn't even destroy meteor like Lee did, or yet better, 7th Gated Gai overpowered Madara's Susanoo with sheer force while Tsuande(who is superior to Sakura) couldn't.

Didn't hinata want to catch up to naruto? Why didn't she learn the rasengan
I mean the hyuga are the best at chakra control (still waiting for the DB link)
No Hinata just wanted to become stronger which happened. She didn't want to catch up to Naruto. I will try to found what the DB says.

That's bull shit, and you know it. Why didn't Sasuke learn it? Why didn't Tsunade learn it? Sakura is a medic. She did her job right countless times.
Sasuke had Chidori, had no desire to catch up with Naruto, and left the village. Tsunade didn't have Sakura's goal. Sakura is the one that wanted to be a better combatant, not just a medic, and had a teacher that knew a powerful jutsu like Rasengan. Why didn't she take advantage of that?

Hinata never wanted to catch up to Naruto. She just wanted to be beside him. Big difference.

Still better than someone trying to catch up to two god Tiers and only excuse is crying about how she will never catch up.

What was Tsunade's goal? Let's hear it. Because I don't remember the manga ever talking about it. Heck, why didn't Orochimaru learn it, given that it's a technique that defines a ninja. What about Kabuto? Surely countering Sasuke's Chidori would have been easy that way. Why didn't Itachi learn it? One more skill feather in his cap. Should I go on?
