Noone ain't close to perfect in chakra control better than the Hyuga when they are capable in manipulate chakra from every tenketsu in their body and they can even expel chakra from all 361 tenketsu, yet Sakura has no such feats. Tsunade couldn't even break susanoo v2 especially she has senju&uzumaki genes and sakura doesn't , so what makes Sakura anything better??

No they obviously have higher chakra control only because it stored their chakra for years, and knowing the uzumaki&senju bloodline, they have high chakra reserve which makes them easier to control , and the purpose of using chakra control is only to release the forehead seal, and upon releasing it can only spread chakra throughout their body giving boost strengh whenever part is emitted and also amplifying medical technique automatically, and Susanoo are made of chakra, and tsuande was only able to leave a crack, yet gai managed to do it with his 7th gate, so what good does her chakra puch if she can't even break something that is made of chakra?

Hyuga are mostly adept with gentlefist that requires precision in chakra. Gentlefist can easily disrupt anything is made of chakra substance can be destroyed such as water prison. The normal Rotation simply expels chakra from the every tenketsu of their body and the user rotates in order to deflect incoming attacks, which according to Tenten, makes it superior to Gaara's absolute defence. Sakura or tsunade chakra punch cannot bypass the rotation.

tsunade may be equal or close to a normal hyuuga but sakura goes way down.....
