At the end of the day what does all this fighting matter? Hell Naruto might even pull a bro and get with both of them! Point is, no one can say with conclusive evidence that Naruto will end up with either Sakura or Hinata given the way Kishi flip-flops and favors either one in any given chapter. Don't give me this OMFGSAKURAISKUSHINA or OMFGHINATAISPERFECTFORNARUTOBECAUSEMYNINJAWAY garbage and then claim that's what's going to happen.


Can't we all just get along and agree that if any pair is going to make it, it'll be these two?

True, but the core audience are people who enjoy the fantasy element! I just think that, IMO, since the romance is poorly handled (it's primarily not a romance series), Kishi causes this raging war.

I worry more about Sakura and Hinata's personal character development rather than them being labelled for a couple. Granted, most of Hinata's CD was revolved around her love for Naruto, I'd like to see her depend more on herself instead of "omgitsallthankstonarutokunImhere"

Oh you're right about that, I kind of got off topic a bit but I guess my point is that people shouldn't bash on each other about which girl belongs to which guy when Kishi toys with it on purpose.

I'm sure that whatever Pairing ends up happening it will make sense when looking back (even if it is with Rin).

I'm trying to view this as an economical matter. Hype = Money, Showbiz works that way, and the more people fall in discussion threads/get hooked to the pairings, the more mangas you sell.

It would be interesting having access to a monthly graphic of how much has been Naruto being sold. We could compare these numbers with the mangas in which more pairing content is included, and so we could find a relationship to prove this.
