Yeah that's not a truth its my opinion 
so here we go :
We should accept that if we dont know the reason of "why he wants to crush konoha ?" we cant answer ,"why he suddenly acting weird and seems to be a good guy?" ,so let dig it up to his past:

3- There is some bad truth about konoha that even Oro think that a child shouldnt hear it

4-Oro was watching fight between Itachi+Suske vs Kabuto and saw Uchiha power
5-he realise that even if he gain Suske's body he didnt got much time to stabilize in new body to face such a team like Madara+Obito or konoha ninjas
6-he realize that he has no time to hiding for getting more time cuz after this war there may be no time remains
Third Theory:
I think that he face Suske with Hokages to convince him to fight against madara cuz he know he cant handle Madara by himself so he think Madara+Obito <<< Oro+4Hokage+Suske+Naruto gangs , and after erasing first danger he will deal with others later

he research Edo to Reincarnate his parents and after that he realize some truth that make him to make a revenge Konoha ,I think the main reason that Hiruzen make him his pupil was also related to ,what happened to his parents so we should expect some nice dialogue between them in next chapters
