The only reason he got hit before when they were fighting was he didn't know the extent of the Raikages speed then he went all out and turned out faster than him. Do you really think the Raikage would say he is the reincarnation of Minato if he was only quick in life and death situations.

He said that because naruto was able to dodge raikage's full speed like his father did once against him.

Minato didn't know the extent of Riakages speed and he didn't get hit once by him.

Naruto is a better sensory type ninja with the cloak of the nine tail demon fox

when naruto jumped from the sand that garra provided to naruto, he extended his nine tail demon fox arms rather than using his full speed

He is going into all that trouble just to get the third edo raikage when he can just do that with his full speed.

ok im getin tired of everyone thinkin naruto is the fastest.. for one thing he'll never be faster then sasuke bcuz naruto posess more strength and sasuke is more swift and agile type.. now ill bring up the Sage Mode battle.. people think bcuz naruto moved very fast and killed the mechanical pain without no1 seein makes him fast.. (it doesnt) naruto used chakra to move at that speed.. if SM was truly that fast.. how come he jus didnt keep movin at that speed and defeat them all quick.. bcuz he couldnt bcuz he dont posess that type of speed...jus how tsunade taught sakura to move fast and be strong.. you have to waste chakra to move that fast.. well naruto does unlike ninjas like sasuke and rock lee who doesnt need the use of chakra to move that fast... and kyuubi mode really isnt that fast people.. i mean wow he kept up with raikage so did sasuke AND jugo.. and last i known jugo wasnt known for his SPEED.. theres countless ninja who can keep up not only itachi, nagato and bee.. but also sasuke (is faster) madara, rock lee, gai, deidara (he kept up with team gai without arms and there r very fast) orochimaru and countless others.. naruto is young he has time to grow hes in a war with fully experienced shinobi.. so u cant jus assume hes the fastest bcuz trust me (HE'S NOT).. all the time we've seen naruto, naruto has NEVER and i mean NEVER been showed or displayed as a fast character.. do you kno why?!?! BCUZ HES NOT ONE... so please stop thinkin hes super fast and dont be surprised and shocked when you see all these other NINJA keepin up with him in the manga..

manga stated that naruto couldnt do multi shadow clone jutsu in kyuubi mode.. but 2 chapters lagter he did it.. and theres more the manga stated tha wasnt true but oh well..

the manga never said he cant do them it just said thatit was very dangerous and he SHOULDN'T use shadow clones ur getting things twisted

Dude he had no need to use the Rasenshuriken at full speed because he can throw it. He has proven his speed many times the only reason he doesnt use it all the time is because he doesnt have to rely on it like Minato because he has tons of better justus than just speed which can only go so far.

We know Naruto is fast.....Nuff said.....This is my only problem......If Sasuke is given this almighty trolling God speed because of his EMS I'm going to be very upset......In which way do your eyes effect your body movement and speed......We've seen many times throughout where the eyes saw what the body couldn't react to......So if Sasuke is given (Note he's pretty much been given everything he has) I'll be kinda upset......I'm just very confused why Sasuke is just granted all this terrific power and Naruto always has to train, even the power he was given he had to train to use.....Hopefully Sasuke doesn't develop this magic speed.....But in all honesty Naruto>Sasuke.....
