exactly what i said. Naruto wasnt known for speed AT ALL. but with the kyuubi chakra thats what it gave him. We dont know what EMS is yet. So sasuke might just be fast as **** with that too lol. Lets wait and see

I've got a feeling that the EMS technique we're waiting for revolves around speed.

I won't be surprised if Sasuke can match Naruto's speed in their upcoming fight, 'cause it would be pretty boring watching Sasuke stand the entire time (ala Raikage fight).

This guys love for Sasuke has made him crazy. Sasuke isn't even in the same league as Raikage in speed and Naruto is on the same level if not faster cause he made a dodge at point blank. The only person to do that was Minato the fastest shinobi to live.

Sorry but Naruto's speed surpassed Sasuke's at sage mode.

Look at this last chapter he moved so fast with the FRS that he closed the gap between himself and the 3rd with in seconds and Naruto was in the air. He moved almost as fast as the FRS its self.

PS. EMS doesn't grant more speed. Its an eye power it gives him more powerful jutsu or it may give him better prospective.

Lol? Sasuke moves fast becuase of Shunshin, which is jutsu. So yes, he has to use chakra to move fast, and his speed is anywhere near Narutos speed.

Dude he just doesnt use it all the time because it uses chakra not because he cant. He has used the speed in every situation that was needed so yes he can use it at will. Also he has other techs that are extreamly powerful whereas Minato had speed as his main one.

Raikage wasn't using his true speed when he was sparring only when raikage decided to use his full speed against naruto that naruto activated his true speed.

The only reason he got hit before when they were fighting was he didn't know the extent of the Raikages speed then he went all out and turned out faster than him. Do you really think the Raikage would say he is the reincarnation of Minato if he was only quick in life and death situations.
