Nice theory man. Its much better than when the trolls say its aids lol. I wonder if itachi's low stamina came from his illness or his low stamina caused the illness. I think its prob the latter. If he did have aids that mean he fked a lot of btches.

I really have two thoughts on Itachi's illness.

The first being that his MS may have been connected to his body for too long. The MS might secrete some sort of poision that only does damage to the original owner over time. No one has ever had Their MS in their body for that long, other than Obito who has part of a zetsu essentially keeping him healed all the time so it doesn't effect Obito. Itachi on the other hand has had his original MS in his body for many years with nothing but medicine able to stop the poison it slowly releases. This poision would stop when a person goes blind from using their mangekyou sharingan too much or when eyes are exchanged, this would explain why we've never seen anyone else with such an incurable illness (as everyone with an MS haven't had their original MS for long enough for the poison to be deadly to them).

The other thought of mine is that we all know that Itachi has extremely low chakra reserves. Low to the point where he doesn't want to use amaterasu/tsukuyomi more than once or twice a day. Excessively pulling out so much of his chakra from his already low reserves so fast might hurt his body/chakra network. We know that damage to the chakra network is extremely hard, if not impossible to repair and that damage eventually became so great that his organs weren't operating correctly without medicine to force them to work.

You knew that?

Bro, none of that makes sense. Its not even a cause of his illness.

It was just using it as an example. I know Madara never had an illness. I meant how the MS drawbacks on one's power, causing them blindness. Just like how Itachi's illness was causing drawbacks, causing him to die faster. Do you see what I'm getting at?

I wondered if Itachi's disease had something to do with MS side effects or if it was made worse by the MS.

For example lets say Itachi would have been able to live to 40 years old with his disease but then he uses MS jutsu too much which drains his life.

And EMS basically gets rid of these MS side effects judging by Sasuke's increased stamina in the war. I don't think think MS shortens your life but maybe it could make a disease worse.

So maybe Itachi wanted to switch eyes with Sasuke so they both could have EMS but Sasuke had ignored Itachi's words about killing his best friend. So Sasuke didn't have MS.

Yeah, but that'll take one of his many symptoms away. What about his heart, which was going bad?
