What if Itachi was KA'd by Shisui?? Before you say BS coach. It could be very probable. I mean why in the world would Itachi choose the leaf village over his own clan.

He was only 13 at the time how could he just have that much of relationship with the village that he chooses it over his own family. I think it would fit very nicely with the storyline. What do you guys think?

Dunno seems quite possible, I always thought the whole Itachi thing was a bit too far-fetched. I don't know how long Kotoamatsukami lasts for but it's a pretty solid theory.

i doubt a 13 year old even like itachi would just kill his whole clan and his parents infront of his little brother over his village.

Well i would have been easy to manipulate a 13 year old. BTW Tobi explained it already. Itachi grew up during war so he would prevent that at all cost from ever happening again. The uchiha clan was about to try to take over the village ( which would result in a war ) And as i said before Itachi would prevent that at all cost. Therefor he wiped out his clan + It was a Mission.

I doubt it, the jutsu would not be able to be used for 10 years, so I am not sure if it 'loses its light' if this is the case, the crow had one of shisui's eyes and danzo had the other. Also KA would most probably wear off after death, but Edo Itachi still wants to protect the village.

Tobi could have lied for his identity to possible be Shisui. I mean Shisui was hailed as a master of genjutsu and he was killed by pre-MS Itachi? Idk dude. Remember KA puts thoughts into your mind to actually make it seem like your own choice. Danzo and Tobi were also working together.

KA hasn't been used after that for a very long time as far as we know. Remember he was KA'd again to protect the village that was meant for Sasuke.

It might be, sounds right, but Tobi did make an explanation about Itachi that he didn't want a war, because he experienced one and marked his life, but your theory sounds plausible.

Shisui was Itachis friend yet Itachi had killed him to gain Mangekyou and his eyes. So highly doubt that being his friend really didn't matter. But Itachi being KA'd all that time I would most certainly have to disagree. What I don't get is if Shisui's doujutsu was stronger than Itachi's then why didn't he implant his eyes? There's something missing about that story I'm sure we'll find out within the next 10 chapters.
