Well, to be more precise, full form Katsuyu. At full size and full potential, Katusyu craps on mearly any ninja. The only thing that would work on her is multiple full-scale AoE attacks, and few shinobi can do that.

All other shinobi are crap out of luck, because they can't harm her, and are one-shotted by an acid flood.

It is just a tool mainly used for healing, canonically only relevant to Sakura/Tsunade's battles (not even much relevant to their battles to be exact) and is nothing but a slug who chills in forrest far far way. She technically can't even have her own fights wo getting summoned by someone else.
