No. Itachi is purportedly the Solo King because how ruthlessly quickly he takes out his opponents. He ensnared Orochimaru in a genjutsu within seconds, and could have easily chopped his head off; the fight lasted for about 45 seconds. He also nearly caused Deidara to end up committing suicide; merely by making eye contact with him. And, he Totsuka'd Orochimaru a minute or so after he was resurrected.

It's not about the amount of solos/how capable a character is of soloing. So, you new fags who don't know where his title originally comes from need to stop with these laborious threads.​
