Would already give you thanks for effort with all the pics and also ancient spirals and such.

Few things though, why stop at Hashirama in your pic and not add Tobirama?
Why add Fugaku and Mito under Madara? Why not add Izuna?

I still hope Rikudo Sennin was half Uzumaki and half Hyuuga or that the Hyuuga are added into the story somehow as well. Maybe a third child, a Hyuuga, just as there was a third child in the underworld series.

There were 3 children of Alexander Corvinus, Marcus, William and third Corvinus child.
But the third one was not made known from the very start.

Sorry I just borrowed the chart from everztar, as for a third child hypothesis I highly doubt that since that would mean that the Uzumakis have the Juubi's essence inside them like the Senjus and Uchihas, which they do not. Also, the duality of Yin-Yang calls for only two: Senju and Uchiha. The Uzumaki is the original bloodline of the Sage of the Six Paths before becoming the Juubi's Jinchuuriki. and tbh, I don't think Rikudou Sennin had a wife, the Elder and Younger Sons were most probably created with Creation Of All Things Jutsu like the Bijuus. The Yin of the Juubi is the Uchiha while the Yang of the Juubi is the Senju, the Uchiha and Senju are the Eye and Body of the Juubi.

I am not saying the third child is an Uzumaki (or did you meant to write Hyuuga?). The third child would be a Hyuuga. I just call rikudo's children his children even when they are created by a jutsu .

My theory is that Uzumaki is the Sages direct lineage.

Senju and uchiha were created by his creation of all things ability similar to how he created the tailed beasts.
