The true reason why sasuke only has one rinnegan

just like obito mentioned to sakura , to have two rinnegan you have to be incredibly OP and is near enuff impossible for a uchiha to acces even with senju steriods,

i think its the same for sasuke, he would need another powerup in order to unlock it in his right eye also

it also allows sasuke to use his m.s sharingan techniques along with his new indra powers to create new combos

however i do think we will see sasuke with two rinnegan when he battles naruto

which will happen even if its a frinedly battle to see who is finally the strongest

I've noticed a pattern that everyone that has obtained the Sharinnegan only has one. Madara, Kaguya, the Juubi, and now Sasuke. I guess thats just how it is.

He will obviously get something, Naruto is currently outshining Sasuke like mad. 1 punch with SM + 5 tails power-up
can destroy PS in 1 punch. It even knocked the god of NV away like nothing, the same god who destroyed PS in 1 hit.

It seems that That the tomo'd rinnegan does not awaken as a pair. So I doubt sasuke will get a second rinnegan.

Perhaps similar to his MS he will awaken new rinnegan powers as the fight with kaguya draws out.

i think its possible for sasuke because he has uzimaki ,senju , juugo , dna so i think in his perfect cursemode state he will have two sharinnegans, with susanno armour i think this will be his final form

He only has one because he only received Hagoromo's Yin power while the Yang power went to Naruto, hence the reason why his Rinnegan is in the side where the hand with the Crescent Moon tattoo is.

Since when does sasuke have uzumaki DNA? You can't get someones DNA from injesting thier blood or other body parts and fluids

luster recently for a top 5 character.
Also, on another off hand note, do you think any OP techniques could be created if a person were to
steal Madara's sharinnengan, Kaguya's, and grow their own. And have three sharinnengan?! It'd be
the ultimate doujutsu power! I think it'd be cool at least. Wish it would happen, just to satisfy my
curiosity.

That's not a complete tailed beast. The chakra is split as of now, and we don't know if Naruto will truly become the host of all of them in the end, or end up releasing the other eight to others/the wild.
