Actually, Kishi did troll us in a way. Those goggles gave the readers an impression that Obito had weak Eyes, yet Obito goes on to awaken Kamui in his eyes which is one of the Most powerful doujutsus in Narutoverse. It's not that the Goggles made his eyes stronger, authors use it to trick readers into thinking otherwise.

Scenario - 1 : Either it's a way of Kishi saying that Sarada is gonna awaken a very powerful Doujutsu later on. (See above Obito).

Scenario - 2 : Sarada has a powerful Doujutsu already which is sleeping/under control by Spectacles.

I personally think Scenario - 1 is more likely.

Nope,unless Tsunade herself gave chakra to Sakura or Sakura somehow has Senju bloodline.You just can't replace Ashura's chakra with random fodder's chakra.

Can you replace Sharingan with a normal eye and have its powers?....
Probably yes,give an Uchiha some random normal eyes and he may awaken Sharingan again.
