The True Flames of Samadhi and what we can potentially expect going forward

The "True Flames of Samadhi" is a state of meditative consciousness. "It is a meditative absorption or trance, attained by the practice of dhyāna.In "samādhi" the mind becomes still. It is a state of being totally aware of the present moment; a one-pointedness of mind"


Now to get slightly off topic Patanjali's ashtanga yoga "includes eight components of practice ("ashtanga" means "eight-limbed" in Sanskrit), and dharana, or concentration is the sixth of these eight limbs. The seventh limb is dhyana, or meditation, and the eighth and final limb is SAMADHI, or enlightenment."I believe the True Flames will not be the only moved and is just one comprised of a set of justu that will be based off these "eight limbs" or at the very least inspired by it.Take a look at these

Nirvikalpa samādhi
"on the other hand, absorption without self-consciousness, is a mergence of the mental activity (cittavṛtti) in the Self, to such a degree, or in such a way, that the distinction (vikalpa) of knower, act of knowing, and object known becomes dissolved — as waves vanish in water, and as foam vanishes" ...This sounds like a devastating justu

Maha Samadhi
Mahāsamādhi (the great and final samādhi) is the act of consciously and intentionally leaving one's body. A realized yogi (male) or yogini (female) who has attained the state of nirvikalpa samādhi, will, at an appropriate time, consciously exit from their body.

All this talk about "Inners" and "Outters" retrieving a "Vessel" and Diamond symbolism stating that are diamonds are children of gods and outer layers of stars leads me ot believe and how it all seems to relate to becoming "whole" and at the same time a sense of separation it makes me feel all the more certain that Maha Samdhi is going to be a realy powerful justu and somehow conntected to that vesseel



EDIT:I am willing to bet the dead peg leg guy who had the rengenerating ability relates to a power connected to its own "Something,Something Samadhi" as wellWill there be just eight? and what other kind of powers can we expect from the remaining "Limbs"?

EDIT 2:Maha Samadhi is the great and final "samādhi" and is mostly likely connected in some way to the vessel.Perhaps someone has used Maha Samadhi and the vessel is their body ?

No, in fact i didn't mention him once until my edit at the bottom and what I meant was that his power to regenerate wil probably be one o the "Eight Limbs" and have a title based on "Samadha"

Maha Samadhi is the great and final "samādhi" and is mostly likely connected in some way to the vessel.

Perhaps someone has used Maha Samadhi and the vessel is their body ?

You mentioned 6,7, and 8....where are the other 5 limbs?

This is such a mix up of information to me.

So the the EIGHTH limb is actually SAMAHDI...so are you saying that THIS limb breaks into two different kinds of samahdi?Cause you mentioned the "Nirvikalpa samādhi" and "Maha Samadhi"...are those separate from the other limbs and somehow different forms of the EIGHTH limb of Samadhi?

So that's why Jigen has a diamond on his chin? He is a child of god? I think someone had that power to exit the soul from the body in Shippuden, I dont remember the guy's name, so maybe that guy is related to this?
