This is a consistent theory. In fact, it explains why the old god tree disappeared if the juubi was an incarnation. Where did the original tree go? It probably died because it couldn't achieve rebirth through the fruit which was eaten by Kaguya.

Yes and also: The Fruit emerges every thousand years, so where did the previous Fruits go? simple: it became the new Shinju.

It's the Tree itself it's sentient and wants it power back,remember Kaguya ate the fruit to gain power the fruit is the Tree's child thats what a fruit is.The next generation of the Tree it carries the seed to its future. Nice work bro, but we seems to be forgetting dat some part of the ten tail was sealed into the sage of the six part brothers body and I think that was what makes the hermit able to b not consumed by the tree's power just like his mother.
And am wondering what kind of eyes will his brother possess, since the sage has rennigane or maybe his brother has byakugan and if so what happen to the other part of the beast sealed in him?

I like the idea that the brothers, seeing their mother go crazy for power, came to a hard decision. In order to stop their mother, they sealed her soul into the juubi/shinju and sent it far away in space, then sealed her physical body into what is now the RDS demon thing.
