I think it was Kaguya who told Madara to absorb her , but I don't see her or the fruit as the final villain alone , that would be dumb , she can't manifest herself anymore , so he fused with Madara , we might even see it kinda like when Naruto talks to Kurama or something like that , I don't know Dx.

Kaguya Never had the will to kill anyone. Why would she do that if she wanted to bring peace. I think she just wanted to stop the reproduction and Evolution of the Shinju. By doing that, The Shinju started ruling with an Iron fist. When the Fruit started to realise she will die. Kaguya got cursed. She became the Shiki Fujin. Kaguya had no benefit from the chakra since it was directly surpassed by it.

But since she saw Madara, the Juubi Jinchuuriki who is capable of controlling the Juubi so easily, she contacted him so that she can take over the control once again. Meaning she's using Madara now.

Madara said " I see, so this is the holy tree.. " And it would be clear to assume that he was actually talking about Kaguya and not the fruit. Fruit cannot have conscious and wait for so long to make its wishes come true.

your theorys great! personally I think its kaguya that will possess madara and we are just over analyzing it. the manga just has the feel of it right now that madara is getting to power hungry and will be overwhelmed. your theory is definitely worthy of recognition though who knows whats really going to happen

Now whether Kaguya wants to continue her lust for power by controlling Madara and cast the infinite Tsukuyomi OR realizes her mistake and do something else in SA's favor is all up to her. But I think Madara will dominate her as well.

Yes! This all makes sense. The fruit impersonating kaguya is brilliant. kinda reminds me how zetsu can impersonate people.

You're jumping to conclusions rationally. Kaguya died thousands of years ago. If she even made a merge with the Juubi or God Tree, Hagoromo would have realized it long ago, since he possessed the same God Tree. It was the God Tree that was talking to Madara. The panel shows behind Madara's forehead, could mean the powers you gain from eating the fruit, which of course equaling to Kaguya.

Plus, Kaguya has no relevancy to the story nor main characters. Her being final villain out of nowhere is idiotic for a writer. Not mention, Madara's mentality has proven to instantly overwhelm the Juubi. Kaguya taking over him is impossible at this point.
