Karin is non factor, she gets taken out from the crossfire. Itachi is also no match for the fire power.
Any PS user takes Nagato med diff. BM alone beats a PS user w/ mid diff, BSM stomps one but two?

It all depends if Naruto can deal with 2 PS users at the same time and how much KCC affects Nagato's abilities.

Karin is completely non factor, and Itachi is not much of a factor either since he can just get taken out by one of Naruto's clones.

This leaves Naruto and Nagato vs Sasuke and Madara. Naruto could give Nagato a kyubi cloak and together they can take down 2 PS users. Now, if Madara has the Kyubi then this is a completely different story, and the Uchihas mid diff this.

Madara takes out Naruto, Sasuke takes out Nagato. Itachi takes out Karin.

If Kyuubi isn't allowed for Madara, team Uzumaki wins.

Team 1 wins with Kurama on Madara's side. Team 2 wins if it is restricted. Naruto shares chakra with Nagato and amplifies his Rin'negan to crazy levels and they'll easily deal with two PS users.

If Kyuubi is on Madara's side they win if not Naruto gives Nagato a chakra cloak and they win.

You guys have all way overestimated the amplification of the V1 cloak.

If he gave it to Nagato, it's not like he'd automatically be able to create a string of CTs. And besides, Bijuudamas aren't greatly effective against PS as Madara's unstabilized PS tanked one of the 100% Kyuubi's without any signs of damage; and that's only one PS.

Nagato's CT couldn't contain 50% Kyuubi in a further incomplete form either and stabilized PS was said to have power comparable to a Bijuu, presumably a full one at that.

On the flipside, Karin now has access to two techniques which enhanced with V1, were just capable of restricting the Juubi in one of it's incomplete forms; Kagemane no Jutsu and Sando no Jutsu.

This isn't a clear-cut match at all.

If Kyuubi is restricted for Madara, then it depends who wins their respective battles first, Sasuke or Naruto. If Kyuubi isn't restricted, then the Uchiha team will obviously win.
