Sasuke's new MS and agenda. Still trying to rub off the shock of Itachi's true nature, this moment strolled along just 1 chapter later. We initially thought Sasuke going to become good or something after Itachi's death but no. He became angrier than ever before.

My most shocking moment was the truth about Itachi. I didnt believe it even after Danzo kinda confirmed it. It was after he was re-animated that I came to accept it.
Besides, Tobi being Obito didnt ruin the moment, it only ruined your own expectations of it.

I was expecting to be shocked no matter who it was. The title of that chapter was "Obito Uchiha" and it was nothing but random irrelevent flashback before we finally saw his safe. The title was just a major spoiler.
