Kishi ruining Tobi's reveal. By just naming the title of that chapter "Obito Uchiha", Kishi destroyed Tobi's identity hype. It didnt matter who Tobi was, it just that Kishi presented it in the worst way possible.

2
Sakura Confesses her "love" for Naruto. This is the moment that completely destroyed Sakura's reputation as she lied to Naruto about her feelings. She was forever destined to be called outdone by NariHina from that moment on.

3
Kabuto's flashback, Izanami and Edo Tensei releases. This moment was bad because of the way it was presented. The beginning of Kabuto vs The Uchiha Bros great(fodderizing them both) until his flashback arrived. It wasnt a good time to present a flashback of Kabuto and it wasnt even that intresting. After the flashback we get introduced to izanami, a useless OP technigue that was only used for plot. The ending of the fight was boring and when Edo Tensei was released, people thought Madara was leaving too which made this moment that much worse.

4
Edo Tensei trolled. Several of the edo summons were defeated quickly and quite easily like Kakuzu, Deidara, Sasori, 4th Kazekage and the kin-gin brothers. It was really disappointing.

5
Kakashi's Rampage. Kishi hyped 2011 as "Kakashi's year" and Kakashi even said he was about to go on a rampage. Thats was alot of hype thrown out door.

Honorable Mention
-Sakura unable to stab Sasuke and breaks down in tears. All her character development washed away in a instant.

What are bad moments in your opinion?

I dont know if you guys watch Naruto just to see people get killed and fights and all stuff, that's not Kishi's idea for the story and you've got to respect it.
Every jutsu has a counter so izanami wasnt just a crash stuff.
Every vallian wasnt born bad, something led to their path and that is what the flashbacks gives to us.
Kabuto's flashbacks shows what he will be like if he accepts his fate and comes out from the izanami.

I think Kishi has begun to rely too heavily on flashback story telling. Not to say I don't thoroughly enjoy some of his very well crafted flashbacks, but it's starting to feel a bit redundant. The flashbacks definitely help enrich the tapestry of his overall story, but lately it seems like we have been circling the drain one too many times. As much as I do not want the series to end, I do want to reach the ending. My biggest disappointments lately have been constant ups and downs in the excitement. This last war arc would feel so much more exhilarating if Kishi would just focus on maintaining his upward momentum from week to week.
