2.)Lee (assuming he has access to all 8 gates now)
3.)Kurotsuchi/Killer Bee (She seemed the most useful in the Momo fight outside of the other Kage. Bee is old but probably still boss with Blades)
4.)Kabuto/Kakashi (assuming Kabuto still has retained his abilities and fighting edge. Kakashi is still a great fighter even at his old age and without the Sharingan)
5.) Hinabi/Sakura/Hinata (not sure where they all scale to each other assuming they have mastered their respective fortes)

I honestly can’t really think of any that are still alive at the moment so this list is definitely subject to change.
