We do not know how Tobirama used his S/T jutsu. As seen, Madara used it to warp his body, Minato used it to warp himself.

FTG, was Minato's technique.

Tobirama was killed by 20 shinobi, if he used jutsu like FTG (Minato used it to defeat a whole army), how did he die?

S/T doesn't = Speed.

It's what you use the S/T jutsu for that does.

So therefor, Tobirama is not necessarily fast.

Think You mixed up the third and the fourth

there is no way minato, or itachi's base speed is faster than A, mifune, lee, and guy' base speed. If minato could have dodged A's punch without ftg he wouldve done it. mifune, lee,guy only trained in base speed their whole life.

Do you know what base speed means? It means when they are not using the gates or raiton armor. That is why I have a separate list for jutsus and modes.

If you noticed you would see that Naruto is not on my base speed list because without Sage mode or KM he isn't all that fast.

So you failed right there in your criticism of my post but try again next time.
