Mayuri quickly notices gushing water forming beneath him. He immediately creates a pillar of earth that launches him to his left (your right) at a 45 degree angle. He looks up at Shunsui and activates his Byakugan. He takes out two explosive tagged kunai and throws them at Shunsuis feet. One on the left and one on the right.

"Captain Shunsui. You should know that wont work on me."

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

As Shunsui notices you being launched to the side in order to dodge being captured he'd react accordingly to catch you in mid air. Without hesitation, Shunsui weaves in a single hand seal whilst manipulating the water he created in order to shape it into a large wolf-like water beast. While youre still in mid air, about to land, the wolf spews out a powerful torrent of water from its mouth that blasts you in the abdominal area in attempts to injure you while you try to land.

"Hmm, let's see how you fair against a more experienced captain eh?"

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

As Mayuri is launched to the left, he se Shunsui perform handseals. He knows from past experience and his knowledge of water techniques what jutsu this. He looks around and notices the water from the gushing water imprisonment being used as a water source for the water beast to be formed. As the beast begins to spit out a torrent of water, Mayuri quickly performs three handseals as he creates a vortex of rapidly spinning water in his hand. He blasts the spiraling wall of water at the torrent from the beast as they collide and dissipate. Now landed, Mayuri quickly looks over at Shunsui as his eyes change from gold to white and veins appear on his face next to his eyes. He then uses the water in front of him as another Mayuri(2) jumps out of the water and to Mayuris(1) right side.

"More experienced? Tch... We'll see who's more experienced Captain Shunsui.. BYAKUGAN!"

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

Shunsui casually watches the events unfold and smirks at the thought of crushing you. As you create the clone to your right side the water beast is closing in on you both and extending its right paw to crush you both with a wave of powerful water. While that is happening, Shunsui does a single hand seal and traps both Mayuri and his clone in an illusion where they are trapped in a world of darkness where the sense of sight is useless. In.quick succession of casting the Genjutsu, Shunsui does a few hand seals that allows him to release from his mouth a few dragon heads made of fire. All but one dragon head flies upward into the sky while one of them heads straight at the real Mayuri. The dragon heads in the sky heat up the atmosphere thus causing storm clouds to begin forming..

( Kokuangyo no Jutsu ) - Bringer-of-Darkness Technique

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

As Mayuri 1 and 2 are standing. They notice the water beast on the side charge, ready to attack. They both notice a cloud of darkness behind Shunsui that expands and engulfs them. Still retaining their senses, Mayuri 1 looks at himself and notices his chakra flow is disrupted with foreign chakra. He quickly uses chakra to dislocate his shoulder, then, using chakra again, to pop it back into place. This takes him out of the genjutsu. Mayuri 2 is still stuck in the genjutsu but he goes on the defense. Since he already knew that the water beast was coming, Mayuri 1 dispels the clone and gets his chakra back as well as a water source. Mayuri quickly performs three handseals and creates a vortex of spinning water that surrounds him and protects him from both the fire attack and the beast. The vortex is spinning violently as it also serves as an offense against the beast. Mayuri noticed the fire shot into the sky and clouds begin to form. He quickly superheats the surrounding atmosphere to that of a desert. This prevents the clouds from forming. Any further or at all.

(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water

Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

Shunsui observes as you dislocate your shoulder with just chakra, without using any jutsu or anything. This surprises him a lot. >.> Shunsui then manipulates the beast to slow down and allow you to disperse your clone and turn the left over water into a tornado of dangerous water. The beast then continues and gets destroyed by the water while the water also blocks the fire head that headed towards you. After watching all this happen, Shunsui decided to finally act and attack you. While you are in the midst of blocking the two techniques, Shunsui does a small sequence of hand seals which allows him to trap you in an illusion unknown to you. Walls made of pure water would rise from every direction around you in order to quickly create a maze around the battlefield. You'd be trapped in this maze, walking through it attempting to find a way out, though in reality you'd simply be paralyzed in place while Shunsui looks cool with his cloak flapping in the wind. :scorps: The second Shunsui places you in the illusion he follows up with creating water beneath you that quickly rises and forms into an orb around you while you're paralyzed thus trapping you and drowning you while you just sit there.
