So, here we have Tusnade, Orochimaru and Jariya Vs Sasuki, Itachi and Madara the real.

All the Sannin have powerful animal summons, great techs and large chakra reserves. They also have tusnade a medi-nin. Orochimaru has ways of combating the sharringan as he wishes to have the eye so much and Jariya is just awesome xd Seriously, Jariya has sage mode, a large range of techs and he ain't a bad thinker you know.

The Uchiha's all have the MS, two of them have the EMS and one has the Rinnegan. Sasuke is powerful at using chindori and good at spamming MS attacks. Itachi is a genjutsu master, Taijutsu ace and ninjutsu dude ^^ Madara has the two most powerful eyes ever, also the rinnegan gives you all of the nature types, so he has the largest range. But it don't mean he can just automatical do a rasengan, he needs to learn them like we all do.

So, with this all in mind. Who do you think wins?

Maybe, but don't diss the Sannin. They are powerful. Say they took down Madara as the five kages are battling the real one now and the sannins are all kage level, maybe Orochimaru is stronger. They it would leave Itachi and Sasuke. Orochimaru is wise to Itachi's tricks and Jariya may have ways of combating genjutsu due to fighting with Oro all the time. Oh yeah, Orochi use's Genjutsu.
