This is a compilation of theories and observation threads that I have made, which have been affirmed by some NB posters.
It concerns many controversial (flame attracting) topics on NB & more laid back ones, all to do with the direction that NU plot is taking, and various secrets of the leafs past, various abilities and interesting possibilities.
The first few are mainly possibility crafting from what I have seen in the NU.

So yeah, those are the theories that I am pretty happy with, not all of them have been posted yet (the one concerning Uchiha analysis)
This thread is for easy reference access to these thread (because a lot of this stuff can be used in vs threads and discussions).
Really though it's so that these theories can be refined by other members of NB and myself, or if you disagree with any of them outright you can post why.

Tobi Is Obito's Father

Basically this is a thread outlining the time line, appearance and motive, which are factors that are required for someone to be Tobi and presenting this factors in Obito's father.
I also added to this theory later on by suggesting that Setsuna may be Obito's father as well as Tobi adding to his motive.

This thread outlines how the huge chakra reserves of the Uzumaki (from massive life force) and the Senju (from massive physical energy) should enable them to enter sage mode without as great a risk of going berserk, or turning to stone as non Senju or Uzuamki

The facts show that Madara has never deactivated rinnegan after he was shwon to awaken following his Edo resurrection, also his only clone to be given rinnegan it did not deactivate it either.
The main point of this thread is to attack a pillar of the "Nagato's eyes are implants theory", by pointing out that Nagato, Madara, SO6P and Tobi have all never been shown to deactivate their rinnegan

Given here is the description of Eight Trigrams Sealing Style and Susanoo.
It is also shown that it is entirely possible to seal Susanoo chakra into an object using it.
Though the user of Susanoo can simply reactivate it, using this technique should be very effective as it, rapidly completely removes the defenses of the opponent using Susanoo and removes a huge amount of chakra from the susanoo user in the process.
The chakra taken is now in the possession of the sealer.

This theory suggests a possible origin for the still very mysterious Zetsu, suggesting Madara as it's forger.
Also the yin chakra of the (IMO) more mysterious of the two black Zetsu is discussed as well as the yang chakra of the now seemingly deceased white Zetsu.

SO6P Possible Resurrection
Theory that thinks outside the box, predicts the resurrection of the SO6P.
Definitely there is evidence from this poster for attention to detail within the manga.
The SO6P could in fact be resurrected, as flammable a suggestion as some may think, the OP does give very strong support for his prediction, giving Tobi the means and motive to carry this out.
Also Tobi most likely does not know that Edo's can release themselves from the contract as Madara did, so he may not exercise the caution that we would think he should when Resurrection the sage.
Edo resurrections don't seem to use as much chakra as Rinnegan resurrections and Edo also seems to (from the view of a shino that is unaware of the dangers) give absolute control over a being that never dies and has immense replenishing chakra reserves.
