Ōnoki, the Third Tsuchikage is actually quite a unique character....

He is the only living Kage who has fought with Madara
and
He is the only person who has a Kekkei Tōta, Dust Release. For those who dont know, a kekkei tōta is an advanced form of Kekkei Gankai.

Also his granddaughter possesses the Lava Release Kekkei Gankai.

These are pretty powerful people. I didn't know this until just now.

and onoki has been taking a shine to gaara so maybe gaara might learn dust release because he has to hand it on to someone hes not just gonna let it die and i think it would be cool if gaara got a power upgrade because i think its not cool that all he has is sand so dust release would be a nice addition for him
