We really dont know anything about ps slash other than it can cut through mountains. If its the same base as susano then it can be broken. Anyways I dont think Raikage can tank the sword. His best options are to dodge it or cut through it.

Kirin 3rd Raikage definitely tanks. Bijuu bomb? Depends on from who and what type.
Typical one he can probably survive. Though multiple will kill him. One PS slash? He
might be able to SURVIVE, but he'll be half dead. Second slash kills him easily if he
survives the first one.

Without his raiton shield, the third raikage couldn't even tank combined fuutons from the shinobi alliance. All of those attacks to the chest kill him if he doesn't have his shield up.

direct hit from Bijuudama and PS slash probably kill him even with it up.
