the third raikage is underrated

It may just be my opinion (this is my most opinion based thread to date but i think its valid) but it seems that people dont even consider the third R for top 20 lists because he didnt last long in the war but he is one tough old dude. he took an increadibly damaging attack with little to no injury, he has incredible defence, and he has the best piercing ninjutsu ever created he can basically cut through anything. I want to know what people think i dont think the 4th raikage even compares to him his raiton armor whoops the 4th's in my opinion.

I think he is top 20 but we have never seen him fight so we can't say for sure. Unless you count edo tensei but I don't for most people because they can regenerate and sometimes they fight different from how they would fight if they were alive

I think he shouldn't be underrated or overrated, simply because we don't have that much info on him. But yeah, he is kind of a tank.

that was only because he figured it out because of hachibi if it wasnt for the 8 tails naruto would have kept trying to pound away at him with no effect (unless he figured out the TBB)

he reason tobirama is in top 10, is 1. he was on of the strongest ninjas of his time, 2. created the strongest jutsu in the world, 3. worlds and still best water jutsu user ever to live,

and the 20 fodder ninjas? they were all Highly skilled A-S ranked ninjas, and its possible the gin and kin brothers were in that group

They was not fodder's they was elite cloud ninja. Probably kakashi's gai's darui's level each one of them
