Assume, that Obito had both his Mangekyou eyes intact, then would he get a third upgrade? Considering that Itachi and Sasuke had Amaterasu in one eye and Tsukuyomi in the other, and they got access to Susano'o. For those who say Sasuke doesn't have Tsukuyomi:

can perform it. Sasuke can also perform Tsukuyomi with his right eye, though his illusion is considered inferior to Itachi's Tsukuyomi since it does not alter the opponent's perception of time indicating he has yet to master it.

Also, Sasuke used Tsukuyomi on Bee during their fight, but his was very weak in comparison to Itachi.
We know that Obito doesn't have access to Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu, so what would be his third upgrade? Any ideas?

The whole Sharingan situation doesn't make sense at all. Given the abilities that he does have, Obito would never have Susano'o. I don't know what else he would get that isn't too op.

Let me guess....you got the information that Sasuke has Tsukiyomi from Naruto Wikia?Sasuke did'nt use Tsukiyomi when he and Itachi broke out of Tayuya's Chain's of Fantasia so that means he does'nt have it.

Well we already know that he would be able to send objects into the other dimension with Kamui in his right eye from Kakashi and warp him and/or body parts at random in his left eye. Unlocking the third power is awakened with double Mangekyo sharing an stated by Sasuke, but I think Obito will have own unique third power alongside his own susanoo. I just don't know what that power will be. Plus, he would awaken his own version of the rinnegan since he has both Senju and Uchiha DNA. Remember we have only seen Madara`s rinnegan so far, we don't know if they differ or not. Know as far as sage mode, I say no since nor Minato or Madara knew the technique. But hey maybe with his New rinnegan version he will bend mokuton chakra and other elements to make a steel release.
