EDIT -> Not four previous Kages, but all of the Kages 1-4. You got what I meant though.

He sealed himself along with one and two with the reaper death seal. Minato is sealed as well.

thats right..
but remember when Orochimaru was fight the third kage and he revived the first and the second..he was about to revived the fouth but the third stopped him from doing so. so why would he stopped him if the Professor(the third) knew that he(Orochimaru) couldnt revived the Fourth?
